in aid of CALM.
Chris Griffin, of Sensata IT Solutions, Mike Land, who owns graphic
design company RHL Creative, and colleague Richard Mayneord have-
selected CALM to focus their 2009 get fit regime after asking The Link
for suggestions.
Chris, who hasn’t exercised for 20 years, is being encouraged by
Mike and Richard who are in the Les Slinn All Stars. Richard completed
the London marathon last year. “I will finish..., but perhaps not with the
other two,” he said.
