discovering different cultures through dance, demonstrations and

where they discovered the complexity of the language and the way & Junior School
it is written, played Japanese children’s games and heard the famous
children’s book The Very Hungry Caterpillar read to them in Japanese A co-educational boarding & day school for 3-18 year olds

Whole Child
Learning to live a different way
The fi fth Art of Living course takes place from 8 to 12 April.
Held at Lower Shaw Farm, the course is designed to fi t around
work and family commitments. Using powerful breathing techniques
participants learn effective tools to reduce stress and negative emo-
tions, improve health and wellbeing, increase energy and enthusiasm,
achieve greater concentration and creativity, and enhance self esteem.
The cost is £200 (£140 conc.) with fees going to humanitarian projects
