To help get the message across the coalition is holding a Fairtrade
Business lunch on Thursday 28 October, 12.30pm to 1.30pm at St Jo-
seph’s College hosted by the Mayor of Swindon and Lord Joel Joffe, a
founder of Oxfam.
Attendees will be treated to a Fairtrade lunch served by local cater-
ers and listen to Ben Speed of the Fairtrade Foundation talking about
the benefi ts of Fairtrade for businesses and how making a commitment
directly helps the farmers who grow the foodstuffs.
