Who you gonna call? Dietbusters!
From September Swindon Council’s Leisure Services is offering an
exciting twelve week weight management programme that will help
set you on your way to a healthy lifestyle by encouraging sensible
Dietbusters eating habits and increasing activity levels.
Dietbusters is not a diet, you will learn about making long-term healthy
lifestyle changes without counting calories or points. The course consists
of 45 minutes of education and 45 minutes of exercise that is tailored to
meet your specific needs. Participants will discover the importance of
exercise, portion sizes, understanding food labels and lots more.
