Youth opera audition date Olympic show for Swindon singers

(JTP) Trust is holding auditions for
this summer’s lottery funded project
Swindon: The Opera which tells the
story of the town’s culture since the
Queen’s coronation in 1953.

Sunday 5 February, 3pm to 9pm,
at St Joseph’s Catholic College.

The JTP Performance Trust has been invited to appear in the Olympic Gala Concert at the Royal Albert Hall
on Monday 9 April.
Singers aged 14 and under from the trust, will perform alongside seven National Youth Choirs of Great
Britain, and also choirs from around the world.

Festival on Tuesday 17 April, 7pm, and is inviting students representing
Swindon schools and colleges to take part and play on the grand piano
