“It was important for us to maintain the pace throughout each of the

10 minute films and ensure that they were entertaining, capturing these
wonderful events from the children's perspective whilst highlighting the
fun and effort of such a fantastic school.
“We incorporated British Pathe archive footage of the 1953 coronation
and Red Oaks is now signed up to their education programme. We're
looking forward to working with them on new and engaging content.
“A copy will be buried as part of a living history project to be dug up in
fifty years time by Red Oaks children conducting an archaeological dig.”
Dreambase has also produced a 30 minute documentary film that
gives an overview of the day-to-day operation of Uplands Special School.
