Swindon Sports Showcase
Saturday 10th August- Friday 16th August
Following a fantastic summer of sport in p2
the summer of 2012 with the Olympics
and Paralympics, inSwindon BID New Shops
Company are pleased to host a further
sporting showcase for all ages, taking
place at Wharf Green this August.
A variety of sports will be on offer for
FREE every day for participants of all
ages and abilities to try. Local sports
clubs will be offering activities such as
Wheelchair Basketball, Hockey, Softball,
Martial Arts, Tennis, Netball, Football p3
and Volleyball. All this will take place in
front of the big screen whilst showing Get Involved
the 2013 World Athletics Championships.
The activities will be taking place from
11am to 3pm so what better way to
enjoy a summer’s day than to play some
