The clean you expect Making a jump for Reverse Rett
®
The service you deserve Iain Peer is making a parachute jump on Saturday 1 June at Swindon Airfield
in Wanborough to raise money for the charity Reverse Rett.
Rett’s syndrome is a rare neurological disorder affecting mainly females and
very few males. Although present at birth, it is usually undetected until major
regression occurs at around the age of one, when children lose acquired skills.
Genetic but not hereditary, it can occur in any family at any time.
People with Rett’s syndrome have profound and multiple physical and learning
disabilities and are totally reliant on others for support throughout their lives.
Ian is undertaking the jump in support of Lauren Simmonds who suffers
from Retts, the daughter of a family friend who lives in Berkshire.
