           joyed a day of activity at the PGL adventure centre at Liddington, having a
           go on the giant swing, archery, abseiling and climbing the 30 metre tower.
             Dad Mark Sharp, rear left, got involved when his son Ben attended MEND
           7 - 13 in 2008. Mark has now become a MEND exercise instructor and Ben,
           centre back, plans to also train as an instructor.
