Agriculture makes brief return
to Ridgeway Farm

when Taylor Wimpey launched its Greenfield housing development at
Ridgeway Farm, opposite the company’s West Point site.

Fears shared space will be overwhelmed
Shaw Residents’ Association has lodged objections to the planning ap-
plication to build the next phase of roads at Ridgeway Farm.
Based on their 2013 survey of traffic on surrounding roads and their
prediction of volumes using routes through the 700 home development,
they fear pedestrians accessing the primary school at the centre of Ridgeway
Farm, will be in danger.
