Church submits another lottery request as fundraising spend goes on show
St Marys Lydiard Tregoze Building
& Conservation Appeal will be
submitting a second appeal to the
Heritage Lottery Fund in July to
complete the restoration of the
church in Lydiard Park.
The request for £630,000 will help
to save the extensive medieval wall
paintings which have been identified
by the Church of England as one of
the 100 artworks currently most in
need of conservation in their 100
Church Treasures Appeal.
The committee is committed to
raising £310,000 from donations
and grants, some of which funded
