              Chicken Tikka Masala


              This month’s recipe is claimed to have originated in a Glasgow curry
              house, after a mix-up with Tomato Soup, but these days Chicken
              Tikka Masala is widely accepted as one of Britain’s iconic curry
              dishes. The team at Bengal Square in Peatmoor have shared with us
              their secrets to creating this classic meal.

                              Ingredients                                            Method
