Offering a wave of support to Swindon locals, housing association SNG (Sovereign Network Group) has proudly announced its sponsorship of Swindon Rugby Club for 2026.

Backing the club with a 12-month sponsorship, SNG’s support closely aligns with its dedication to strengthening community ties across the region. The 12-month sponsorship will span the 2026–27 season, beginning in September and running through to May 2027.

Chloe Beech, Sponsorship Co-Ordinator at Swindon RC, said: “At Swindon Rugby Club, sponsorship is fundamental to our continued growth and success. The support we receive enables us to invest not only in our playing squad and coaching setup, but also in our facilities and long-term development as a club.

“It helps us create an inclusive environment where players of all ages and abilities can enjoy rugby, build confidence, and be part of a strong community.

“We’re incredibly proud to partner with organisations that believe in grassroots sport and share our commitment to developing both people and the local community. Their backing makes a genuine difference and ensures the club can continue to thrive now and in the future.”

SNG is currently selling a large number of homes through Shared Ownership at two large consortium sites in Swindon - King George Park and SNG at Wichelstowe, alongside four smaller developments across the town: Berryfield Meadows, Buckley Place, Marshalls Green and Rowden Gate.

Sue Gallagher, Head of Sales at SNG, said: “We’re delighted to be offering our support to this brilliant local Swindon team for the upcoming season. Sports clubs are often the cornerstone of a community, and we know the importance Swindon Rugby Club holds to its members and residents.

“The club plays an important role in bringing the community together, and at SNG we’re passionate about supporting the communities where we sell homes, making this collaboration something we’re proud of. We’re excited to watch the club flourish in the year ahead and wish them the very best of luck for the upcoming season.”

Just four miles from Swindon town centre, SNG at King George Park is located in Lotmead on Wanborough Road. Comprising a collection of two, three, four and five bedroom houses, these new homes will suit a hugely diverse range of buyer needs, complemented by an impressive array of on-site amenities.

Just down the road, SNG at Wichelstowe will host a mix of property types suitable to meet the needs of everyone, including one and two bedroom apartments, alongside two and three-bedroom homes.
