Swindon & Wiltshire Pride is calling on community-minded residents from across Wiltshire to join its team of volunteers and help make this year's Pride celebrations a success.
The charity is seeking volunteers aged 18 and over to assist with a variety of roles across three days in August, helping to set up, run, and pack down one of the county's biggest celebrations of equality, diversity, and inclusion.
A wide range of volunteer opportunities are available to suit different abilities and interests, with volunteers needed for:
Friday 14 August – Set-Up Day: Volunteers will help prepare GWR Park for the event, including setting up gazebos, marking out stall pitches, litter picking, and supporting the wider event team with site preparations.
Saturday 15 August – Event Day: With a festival atmosphere expected throughout the day, volunteers will play a vital role in welcoming visitors, staffing entrance gates, collecting donations, keeping the site tidy, and supporting event operations.
Sunday 16 August – Pack-Down Day: The final day will focus on dismantling equipment, clearing the site, and ensuring the park is left in excellent condition.

Organisers say volunteering offers a rewarding opportunity to support the local LGBTQIA+ community while gaining valuable event experience and meeting people from across the county.
