This year, McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Swindon will kick off the festive season with the arrival of Santa’s Grotto, his enchanted sleigh, reindeer visits, and mouthwatering food stalls.

Santa and his elves will be inviting families to visit their Grotto from 10th November. Children visiting Santa this year will plant a magic bean and marvel as Santa transforms it into a real mini Christmas tree, which they can decorate and take home. Santa will also be making sure all children receive a special present ahead of the big day.
Located in the Heart, by SOHO Coffee the Grotto will be made even more magical with the addition of falling snow. Every thirty minutes snow will transform the Grotto into a winter wonderland. Santa’s enchanted ‘Elfie Sleigh’ is parked in the centre’s entrance making it a great photo opportunity for all visitors. Families can also meet the special reindeer who power Santa’s sleigh over Christmas. Santa’s reindeers can be found on Train Street, leading to the main entrance of McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Swindon every weekend in December from 1 to 3pm.
After a busy day of shopping, guests can indulge in a delicious festive treat at the Christmas food stalls located outside the centre on Train Street. From mouth-watering German bratwurst to Yorkshire pudding wraps or a warming winter drink, the market includes something for every taste.
