The MECA will soon play host to two sporting legends - British boxer Ricky 'The Hitman' Hatton and football funny man Jimmy Bullard.
Ricky Hatton will be bringing his tour 'The Hitman' to the MECA's ring 29 March. Championing 45 wins out of 48 fights, and 32 knock-outs, over his 12-year career Mr Hatton has become one of Britain's most recognised boxers.
The Hitman tour will take audiences through Ricky's boxing career, alongside compere former professional Rugby League player now comedian John Lebbon.
Following the month after, football fans will then have the opportunity for 'An Evening with Jimmy Bullard' 26 April. The former Fulham, Hull City and Ipswich Town player has become renowned for his prankster antics and remains in the spotlight with regular TV appearance on Sky Sport’s Soccer AM.
On his visit to The Meca, he will be tackling the subject of his career and giving the inside track to the other superstars of his generation.
