"I came out of the theatre feeling so happy", says Kay Wainwright after seeing Rock of Ages at Swindon's Wyvern Theatre.
To be honest, I was expecting something entirely different from the stage production of Rock of Ages. I was expecting it to be cheesy... But it was fantastic!
The show is filled with amazing singers and dancers - and the music was fantastic, full of 80s hits including Starship’s ‘We Built This City’, Pat Benatar’s ‘Hit Me With Your Best Shot’, Foreigner’s ‘Waiting for a Girl Like You’ and Journey's 'Don't Stop Believing'. By the end of the show the whole audience (including myself) were up on their feet demanding more!
It was such an enjoyable show, so I highly recommend going to see it - I came out of the theatre feeling so happy!
