A Swindon man has pleaded guilty in relation to a firearms incident in Stratton earlier this summer.

A Swindon man has pleaded guilty in relation to a firearms incident in Stratton earlier this summer.

Scott Anthony Symmonds, 31, of Darling Close, appeared at Swindon Crown Court today (25/10/19).

He pleaded guilty to making use of or attempting to make use of an imitation firearm with intent to resist arrest and criminal damage.

He has been remanded in custody for pre-sentencing reports to be compiled and will be sentenced at a later date.

This relates to an incident at Symmonds’ home in Darling Close at around 7.30pm on 28 August.
