Two people have been charged following an aggravated burglary in Sheppard Street, Swindon, earlier this week.
Lee Fitchett, 37, of no fixed address, Swindon, has been charged with aggravated burglary, dangerous driving, driving whilst disqualified, possession of an offensive weapon, failing to provide a specimen, using a vehicle without insurance.
He has been remanded in custody and is due at Swindon Magistrates Court this morning.
Callum Sherry, 30, of Spruce Court, Pinehurst, has been charged with aggravated burglary, assault by beating of an emergency worker, common assault of an emergency worker and criminal damage.
He has also been remanded and is due in court today.
The third person arrested on suspicion of aggravated burglary, possession of a class A drug, possession of an imitation firearm in a public place and possession of an offensive weapon has been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
