Graham Ford, Excalibur Operations Director, speaking about the Award, says;  “We are incredibly pleased to have won the Go:Tech Award for IT and Telecoms Support. Excalibur has a fantastic team who regularly go the extra mile for their clients, whether they need an urgent mobile replacement or running a network upgrade project.

The dynamic combination of our team and service process investment, makes sure we consistently deliver industry beating levels of support. Our customers recognise and appreciate this, but it’s great to receive a national business Award that celebrates this achievement.”

Excalibur aims to give customers the highest levels of service available in the industry, employing four service personnel to every salesperson.  This approach enables Excalibur colleagues to build strong relationships with customers and provide more tailored and responsive IT and communications support. This strategy is working and can be seen in Excalibur’s high client average retention rate of 6.8 years and company growth. It is now a £9 million plus turnover SME and grown profits by 70 % over a 3 year period.

The Go:Tech Awards were launched in 2018 by Business Leader Magazine to provide a platform for small, medium and large technology businesses to celebrate their success and pioneering work. The Awards cover twelve categories ranging from Best Use of Big Data and CleanTech to Best IT/Telecoms Support and Best Tech Start Up. For details visit:  https://www.gotechawards.co.uk/about/
