An Exhibition showing the development of Swindon's Western Expansion over the last ten
years and before when the area was in the planning stage. A major contribution to the
display will be made by Thamesdown Borough Council who have been responsible for the
growth of West Swindon, including the provision of many of the community facilities.
The Exhibition will display many photographs of historical interest along with photos' of
community groups in action. A photo' quiz will also test your knowledge of West Swindon.

FIRST FAMILY FIRST BABY
Ten years ago Terry and Teresa Davis were the
proud parents of the first baby born in Toothill.
A decade later, the Davis family still live in the
same house in Markenfield and Janice is a lively
pupil at Toothill School. The Davis family would
be the first to agree that a few changes have
taken place since they arrived.
