We at PHH EUROPE PLC are happy to announce our company relocation to PHH
Centre, West Swindon during January 1988.
Large enough to house all our 600 + Swindon based staff, PHH Centre is also the
operational headquarters for PHH's current and future expansion into Europe.
PHH Europe has 2 operating companies:
PHH Limited - UK leaders in vehicle fleet management, incorporating:-
* advice on buying and selling cars
* lease and contract hire facilities
* full reporting systems on fleet costs
* charge card systems including All Star for fuel purchases and Fleetcard for garage
costs.
PHH Homequity Ltd - offers to corporate clients, a total relocation package for
their employees including:-
* selling of existing home
* search for suitable new property
* mortgage advice
* removal services
* home management.
Additionally, Homequity provides assistance to house builders with sale of
showhomes and contracts involving part-exchange of older properties for new
ones.
