Can you help?
Focus on Carers and Self Help is in urgent need of volunteers who can offer some time, commitment and
reliability. No special skills are required as training will be given.
Do you have three hours to spare each week or fortnight? Would you like to help other people?
Would you like to learn new skills and gain self-confidence? Are you respectful of an individual's need
for confidentiality? If you answered yes to these questions then we would love to hear from you.
