There will be an unusual gather-
ing of collectors of a rare World
War II box kite. Known as a'Gibson
Girl' kite complete with a dinghy, it
was carried on aircraft and flown
on a copper wire which acted as an
aerial for a small distress signal
transmitter to locate a downed pi-
