Tone up in your own home
Personal trainers are not just for the rich and famous, they're an
increasingly popular option for those allergic to the gym or who just
need some one-to-one motivation at convenient times.
After receiving a grant from the Prince's Trust, Kara Le Huray-
Powditch from Priory Vale has setup Train and Tone to offer individual
exercise programmes with all the necessary equipment. More impor-
tantly she makes sure that clients keep working towards their goals.
"It can be hard at first but it's fun," said Kara. "I like to have a joke but
still keep people going through the workout. The good thing about
being at home is that we never have to wait for a piece of equipment to
be free, so the sessions can be quite intense."
Kara caught the fitness bug after her daughter Leah was born. "I put
on a lot of weight after having Leah, but I started doing exercise again
and liked the changes I was able to achieve."
Now a qualified Premier Training instructor, Kara wants to help and
motivate others. To discuss how she could assist you achieve fitness
and weight loss goals, call Kara on 07717 567596. eil l riiid hc°r murn Kara
