Hi-tech boost for Bradon
Bradon Forest has improved its standing in the use of information
and communications technology (ICT) by being one of the first 100 in
the UK to receive the prestigious new ICT Mark.
The new quality mark, awarded
by Becta, the government's lead
agency for ICT in education, rec-
ognises schools which demon-
strate they use ICT to support all
learners and all school activities.
The award was made after
Bradon was one of the twenty
schools asked to pilot Becta's self-
review framework which helps "0

plans to ensure they use ICT effec-
tively.
