Mystical King helps Red Oaks have a fantastic opening

King John the Eleventh was discovered asleep in a room by children soon after they arrived on their first day at Red Oaks Primary School
at the North Swindon Learning Campus. Within moments they were enthralled and engaged in a day long story that culminated in the
planting of a magic silver acorn - a seed of learning - at the school's front entrance which, next morning, had grown into a 12 foot tree of
   knowledge.
Ina day of calm chaos, children learnt different roles and were drawn school hall ready for the seed plant. After magic dust and special water
into a fantasy which climaxed in a frenzy of excitement when children's was poured into the pot, every child let off a red balloon into the skies
TV personality Dave Benson-Phillips joined the King's court in the above North Swindon.
