NOVA HREOD PREMISES AND FACILITIES

Nova Hreod has state of the art premises
developed through the partnership of
Swindon Borough Council, Laing O'Rourke,

Equion FM and the governors through a
public-private funding initiative (PFI).

The building is designed to be light, open
and forward looking with a large central

atrium beneath a bio-dome, named the "Da
Vinci Dome". This provides an area for

social recreation and assembly. Five wings
from the atrium house the different Schools
of Learning and specialist facilities including:

• 10 Science Laboratories

• 8 ICT Suites
• Art, Dance, Television, Drama and
Recording studios

• Open Learning areas
• The Library and Learning Resources

A Theatre seats up to 300 people and is
