Anti-social dog ownerswners
From D. Janes, Grange Park
We seem to have some very anti-social dog owners in parts of West
Swindon who keep leaving plastic bags full of dog faeces hanging from
hedges or branches by footpaths.
The council has provided dog bins around the area which the majority
of owners use, and others take the dog poop home for disposal. But is
this some kind of weird protest by one or a a few dog owners?
Perhaps somebody can explain this unhealthy and unsightly practice
because I can’t understand why some people insist on despoiling their
community.
