Write a story of Swindon
The town’s community radio service Swindon 105.5 has launched its
fi rst short story writing competition in conjunction with The Link.
There are three categories: 12 to 16, 17 to 21 and over 22 years of
age. The subject is anything you fancy - but should be based in a
Swindon context, past, present or future.
The winning three entrants in each category will each receive a
certifi cate, have their stories recorded for broadcast and the over-all
winners will also be interviewed, have their stories published at
swindonlink.com and receive a book token.
Stories of up to 1,500 words should be submitted by 31 March.
