A day of nourishment
for expectant mums
Gayle Fletcher of Inner Smile Massage and fellow yoga teacher and
active birth teacher Becky Brain of Birthbody are running a pregnancy
nourishment day for expectant mums at Lower Shaw Farm on 6 Febru-
ary, 10am to 4pm.
It will include deep relax-
