Isambard headteacher Rachael Mattey said, "I'm delighted that the Arts
Council has noted Isambard's dynamic arts education programme and
I'd like to thank all our staff for their hard work in achieving this award."

Specialist arts school Bradon Forest is only one of 148 schools nation-
ally to have achieved gold three times in a row. Arts Council England
chief Alan Davey said, "obtaining Artsmark Gold for the third time is
an outstanding achievement and we congratulate Bradon Forest on its
continuing success."
David Calder, head of expressive arts at Bradon, said, "receiving this
award for the third time running is a clear indication to the students and
staff of the school that their creative work is valued and appreciated."
