Mayor lays down picture challenge
to Swindon photographers
The Mayor of Swindon Rex Barnett has teamed up with Swindon
Photographic Society to set the Mayoral Challenge for the best picture
taken within the borough boundaries.
The winner will receive a trophy and a dinner for five at Bushwack-
ers in Fleet Street and The Link is sponsoring a prize of £25 for the best
image taken by a beginner.
The closing date is 3 March. An exhibition of entries - prints only - takes
place at West Swindon Library from Saturday 19 March to Saturday 3 April.
Entrants need to have joined the Swindon Photographic Society. See
