Health Lottery grant ensures stroke survivors can be social
Swindon Stroke Support Group has secured £5,600 from Health Total to help stroke survivors and their
carers continue to access social and peer support activities, including weekly meetings and monthly out-
ings throughout the year, and an annual holiday, through the provision of accessible transport.
