Badges for Little
Princess donation
Kerry Rutherford, 9, from Toothill
was featured in the March Link, hav-
ing her hair cut off in aid of the Little
Princess Trust which provides wigs
for children who have lost their hair
due to cancer treatment and other
conditions such as alopecia.
Kerry, above, a member of 2nd
Freshbrook Brownies, was awarded
badges for Fundraising and Raising
Awareness as part of the Guides To-
gether We Can programme.
Leaders needed
All Guiding groups including Rain-
bows, Brownies and Guides are in
great need of leaders. Volunteers must
be over 18, enthusiastic and prepared
to take on the responsibilities of
running a unit. Training and support
is given. Anyone interested should

Comic Relief

from Freshbrook has also donated
his locks to the Little Princess
Trust after hearing of Kerry’s com-
mitment.
