                                                                  Important information relating to TCS Children’s Centres
                                                                   In July Swindon Borough Council consulted on changes to all the children’s centres in
                                                                   Swindon, including The Children’s Society children’s centres at Eldene, Croft, Robert
                                                                   Le Kyng and Salt Way.
                                                                   Their decision means that 80% of funding will be allocated to disadvantaged
                                                                   children, and the remaining 20% for universal family services.
                                                                   As a result the Croft and Eldene buildings will no longer operate as TCS Children’s
                                                                   Centres from January 2014. To enable these building to be cleared and handed back
                                                                   to SBC there will be no groups/sessions run at any of the TCS Children Centres from
                                                                   9th December. Salt Way and Robert le Kyng Centres will re-open for groups/sessions
