       Brunel Centre’s giant bra comes down on 31 October

       A 6 metre crochet bra made by
       members of Swindon Stitch and
       Bitch was the centre piece of the
       Brunel Centre October appeal to
       support Against Breast Cancer
       (ABC).
        Erika Roe, who stripped off in
       1982 and streaked to fame at an
       England versus Australia rugby
       international, launched the appeal
       for bras with players from Swindon
       Supermarine Ladies Rugby Club in
       early October.
        Bras are being collected at shops
       throughout the Brunel and the
       Wyvern Theatre until 31 October
       when the giant bra comes down.
