Domino’s Pizza has named Swindon resident Lukasz Kudla as‘Trainer of the Year’ for 2025.
Lukasz was presented with the award at the Domino’s Store Awards, which recently took place in London.
Lukasz, who has worked at Domino’s for nine years, was nominated for the title by his team members who acknowledged passion and commitment to leading by example as keys to his success.
Working with teams across the business, Lukasz uses techniques such as live camera feeds to provide real time feedback, and visits stores in person multiple times a day, helping stores continuously improve and reinforce high standards to customer excellence.
Lukasz said: “Being named ‘Trainer of the Year’ is a real privilege. My priority is to continue to develop team members from across the Domino’s stores I support to ultimately help them improve their store’s performance and ensure we continue to deliver the excellent service customers expect from us.”
