GRIGGS Bespoke, specialist high-end residential division of property and construction business GRIGGS, has celebrated the launch of its South West regional office at the Ailesbury Club in Marlborough High Street.
Held on Thursday 22nd October, the launch event brought together local architects, interior designers, suppliers, press and businesses for an evening of introductions and conversation.
The GRIGGS senior leadership team welcomed guests, outlining the company’s approach to delivering exceptional private homes through craftsmanship, collaboration and a highly personalised service.
The Marlborough office provides a regional base for GRIGGS Bespoke’s work across the South West of England, alongside its established operations in London and the Home Counties.
Projects include complex refurbishments and extensions as well as substantial new-build residences. Each project is director-led, with a personalised service running from pre-construction to completion and aftercare.
Laurence Holder, Regional Bespoke Director at GRIGGS, said: “We were delighted to welcome so many members of the local property, design and business community to celebrate the launch of our Marlborough office.
“The South West is a natural next step for GRIGGS Bespoke. The region combines beautiful countryside, attractive towns and villages and distinctive architecture, alongside excellent schooling, cultural life and strong connections to London.
“There is a strong market for high-quality private residential work across the region, and our new Marlborough office gives us a base from which to work more closely with clients, architects and consultants.
"It allows us to combine the character of these locations with the craftsmanship, experience and personal service that clients expect from GRIGGS Bespoke.”
Established in 1968, GRIGGS is a privately owned, family-run, multi-award-winning construction and property group.

Traditional craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail are supported by modern technology and systems that help streamline delivery, improve communication and provide clients with a consistently high level of service.
The launch offered guests an opportunity to meet the team, learn more about the business and discuss opportunities for collaboration across Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Dorset, Somerset, the Cotswolds and further into the South West of England.
