Swindon Home Finders has recently received multiple accolades including being awarded Best in County at the prestigious ESTAS Awards.
The honours make the firm one of the UK’s best letting agents for tenant service.
ESTAS is the UK’s original customer review platform for the property industry and they host The ESTAS Awards, the most respected customer service awards in the industry annually.
Recently, at a gala event, the Swindon Home Finders team, based in Old Town, took home five awards.
“We were thrilled to be finalists in multiple categories this year,” said Managing Director Sue Gidney.
“Going to the awards was a moment to take stock and reflect on the progress we’ve made this year and recognise how vital putting homeowners, tenants and home movers at the centre of everything we do is.
"All the nominees are doing inspiring work and to be finalists alongside them is inspiring.”
Sue and her team attended the inaugural awards evening in London’s Grosvenor House.
Swindon Home Finders were announced as winners of the Best in County (Wiltshire) in the Sales & Lettings (Landlords & Tenants) category.
Sue added: “We are so proud to win the Best in County at The ESTAS awards. It’s an incredibly competitive category and I couldn’t be prouder of our team, without whom we wouldn’t be collecting this prestigious award.
“These awards are particularly important because they’re based on client reviews and only award businesses who come highly recommended. To be recognised, let alone win, is a great achievement!”
The Swindon team also took home the Silver Award for the UK Grand Prix for ‘Best Letting Agent in the UK (Tenants)’ and for them this was the highlight of the evening.
As one of the most prestigious accolades presented at The ESTAS, the Grand Prix recognises excellence on a national stage—and carries particular significance because it reflects tenants’ own experiences.
“To receive the Silver Grand Prix Award for Best Letting Agent in the UK, as voted for by tenants, is an exceptional achievement for our team,” said Sue.
“We’re incredibly proud to see their dedication recognised at this level. Knowing that this award comes from the people we help every day makes it all the more meaningful.”
The team were also named as the gold winner in the Letting Agent Landlord category and a silver winner in the Best Letting Agent (Tenant) Office in the UK category.
Swindon Home Finders is an award-winning lettings and estate agency, specialising in lettings, sales and property management with extensive expertise and experience in the local housing market.
They are The ESTAS’ Best Letting Agency in the UK in 2025 and a member of the Ethical Agent Network.
