Following its win at the European e-Commerce Awards, Infinity Nation is offering fellow businesses the chance to learn from its in-house experts and online sales strategies.

A Swindon tech firm that has just been recognised for helping a client thrive during the pandemic is offering e-commerce business leaders advice from its in-house experts and recession-proof their online sales strategies.

At the prestigious European e-Commerce Awards in Barcelona on Thursday 29 September, Infinity Nation won the award for European Covid-19 Outstanding Response for its work with Melksham-based office furniture manufacturer, Herman Miller.

Infinity Nation says it helps e-commerce businesses grow through search engine optimisation, pay-per-click advertising, social media advertising, programmatic display and email, reinforced by the interrogation of customers' purchase history and habits.

Big-name clients include Herman Miller, Furniturebox, Luxury shoe and boot retailer Penelope Chilvers, and premium pet food outlet, Happy Dog.

And at a masterclass on 19 October, business owners will be given the chance to learn how to increase their online sales, with solutions they can action immediately.

Al Keck, CEO and founder of Infinity Nation, said: "It’s a tough time for e-commerce companies, particularly those with a single channel and no retail offer.

"After the past few years where more sales were driven online the landscape has now changed.

"People aren’t sitting at home scrolling – potential customers are out and about, enjoying the in real life shopping experience.

"And we are entering a recession, so there will be less disposable income to go round. Our masterclass will help business owners survive and grow in this environment."

Infinity Nation's chief operating officer Stacey Wilson will be leading a session called 'Getting on the Front Foot with Your e-Commerce Strategy.' Stacey will aim to explain how recent events have impacted channel costs, and what businesses can do to stand out in a cluttered market and maximise their marketing budget.

The firm's media manager, Ffion Kelly, will lead a discussion about Looking Outside Your ‘Banker Channels’ for Growth in a Competitive Market.

Ffion will take delegates through alternatives to the standard e-commerce digital marketing media options; focussing on upper funnel channels to build new customers – and how to measure success from this investment.

Guest presenter Tabitha Penny of Adsmart from Sky will explain how businesses can Keep Costs Down with Digital TV Advertising, explaining how to use the Adsmart platform to target customers and minimise budget waste.

Infinity Nation's client success manager, Abigail Park, will look at Common Client Questions, and Tools to Get the Answers, learning how Infinity Nation approaches evidence-based reporting and how businesses can map insights to the numbers being reported from their digital activity.

And Kelly O'Neill - paid media executive at Infinity Nation - will offer Top Tips for Getting the Most from Your Social Commerce Strategy. Kelly will share actionable top tips for maximising return on ad spend from seasonal campaigns.

The masterclass will be held at The Secret Room at the Lost & Found restaurant in Bristol on Wednesday 19 October between 9.30am - 2.15pm. The £25 cover includes networking, refreshments and lunch.
