Staff and residents at Ladymead Care Home in Wroughton will join in the celebrations as Healthcare Homes Group marks its 20th anniversary.
Since its founding in 2005, Healthcare Homes has grown from five care homes to a leading provider of residential and home care across the South and East of England, with 48 care homes and nine home care branches.
The 20th anniversary will be celebrated throughout the year, with a variety of events and activities taking place in homes and communities, and a highlight of the celebrations will be a dedicated anniversary week in June, alongside Care Home Open Week, bringing together residents, families, staff, and local communities.
The Ladymead team are inviting the local community to join them in celebrating with an open day on Wednesday 18 June from 2-5pm
Visitors will be able to enjoy a lovely garden party with live music, a cream tea and a glass of fizz with a slice of delicious celebration cake. All are welcome, and more details can be obtained by calling 01793 845063.
Home Manager Byju Vasudevan said: "At Ladymead, we’re thrilled to be celebrating 20 incredible years of Healthcare Homes, said Byju Vasudevan. We’ve got an open day planned where we’ll be sharing stories, laughter, and plenty of birthday cheer with our residents, families, and local community."
As part of the anniversary, Healthcare Homes is championing a cause that is close to many by supporting those affected by dementia and encouraging staff across all homes to take part in fundraising activities throughout the year.
The group is also proud to have once again been named one of carehome.co.uk’s Top 20 Care Home Groups - recognising the dedication of teams across the organisation, including at Ladymead.
