Debbie Dunsford, who has been running LighterLife weight loss groups in Chippenham for almost a decade, is now providing support to clients in Swindon.
Debbie explains: "For close to ten years, I ran Lighterlife groups in Chippenham and I gained a BTEC Professional Diploma in “Operating a Weight Management Consultancy”.
"I am now a LighterLife Mentor providing support to clients in Swindon - although my weekly CBT Mindfulness meetings are via Zoom, so you can join my friendly supportive groups with friends and family wherever you are based across the UK."
