A new showhome is set to be unveiled at a housing development in South Marston next month.
Housebuilder Bellway is building a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes, as well as on-site public open space, at Vicarage Gardens, off Old Vicarage Lane.
The developer will be opening the doors to a four-bedroom Wroughton showhome on Saturday 26th September, giving prospective buyers the chance to see what life could be like in one of the new homes.
House-hunters will be able to view the home by appointment only, with additional safety measures implemented to keep visitors safe.
The development will also include a new-build house in the style of the former Old Vicarage building, which is set to be released for sale this month.
Christel Hawkins, Sales Manager for Bellway South West, said: “Opening a showhome is always an exciting time, and we are really looking forward to giving people the chance to see the quality of the homes we are building at Vicarage Gardens.
“The Wroughton is a particularly popular housetype, designed with families in mind and features an open-plan kitchen and dining room, as well as a separate family room, lounge and en suites to two bedrooms. It also benefits from French doors leading into the back garden, which helps to make it a spacious, light home.
“We are building a wide selection of homes at Vicarage Gardens for people at all stages of the property ladder, just a 15-minute drive from Swindon town centre, so it is no surprise we have already seen a great deal of interest in the properties here.
“I would encourage anyone interested in viewing the showhome to call our sales centre and book a one-to-one appointment with a member of our team.”
There is currently a range of two, three and four-bedroom homes on offer at Vicarage Gardens, with prices starting from £255,000.
