New showhome set to open its doors in South Marston

A new showhome is set to be unveiled at a housing development in South Marston next month.

Housebuilder Bellway is building a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes, as well as on-site public open space, at Vicarage Gardens, off Old Vicarage Lane.

The developer will be opening the doors to a four-bedroom Wroughton showhome on Saturday 26th September, giving prospective buyers the chance to see what life could be like in one of the new homes.

House-hunters will be able to view the home by appointment only, with additional safety measures implemented to keep visitors safe.

The development will also include a new-build house in the style of the former Old Vicarage building, which is set to be released for sale this month.
