Next Step Independence - who provide children and young people aged 8-18 in the South West of England with a place they can call home - are looking for new team members.

Next Step Independence (NSI) achieve their aims through offering two types of services to young people; Registered Children’s Homes and Semi-Independent Homes.

The children and young people NSI supports have often experienced high levels of trauma, neglect and crisis in their young lives, resulting in them experiencing complex challenges. This can leave them feeling unsettled, scared and often unwanted.

The NSI team believe that through the support of resilient, professional team members and in the right home environment, every child and young person can thrive and reach their full potential.

The organisation's beautiful homes are based in the Swindon and Calne areas and are designed to feel warm and welcoming and provide an accepting, non-judgemental environment.

All NSI team members receive a detailed induction and fully funded training programme. Through on-going training, team members are encouraged to develop and broaden their skills and experience.

The business is expanding and it is developing its existing homes and opening new ones across Wiltshire.

NSI say they are always looking for like-minded individuals to join the team.
