A housebuilding firm in Swindon is celebrating a Premier Guarantee Quality Recognition Award for their Stanton Chase project.
The Premier Guarantee Excellence Awards have been designed to recognise the UK's best developments covered by its schemes.
Persimmon Homes Wessex’s development in the town will deliver a total of 113 homes at Stanton Chase at the old Catsbrain Farm. There are two, three, and four-bed properties for sale from £254,995.
It means award recipients, site manager Gary Adams and his team, will be shortlisted for the Premier Excellence awards in February 2024.
The awards judge sites in five categories:
- Standard of Site Management
- Standard of Workmanship
- Health & Safety
- Site Tidiness
- General Cooperation
Persimmon Homes Wessex managing director Julian Roper said: “Winning a quality recognition award is not easy, so I want to extend my congratulations to Gary and his team for being worthy winners.
