Premier business events organiser, Elcot Media & Events Ltd, today announces that it has postponed the Thames Valley Business Magazine Awards until March 2021, meaning there is extra time for businesses in the Thames Valley to submit entries.
The Thames Valley Business Magazine Awards, which were due to be held in November, are being moved to 18 March 2021, to ensure the awards ceremony can be organised safely for all attendees in the wake of the pandemic. Nominations have also reopened to enable businesses that did not get a chance to take part to submit their entries. They will now be able to enter ahead of the deadline on 8 January 2021.
The Thames Valley boasts some of the most dynamic and successful companies in the UK. It remains the hub of the country’s high-technology industries, the home of many manufacturing companies and a base for a wide variety of excellent service and professional organisations.
The awards are open to every company in the region, with a range of categories available to enter including: Charity of the Year, SME of the Year and Management Team of the Year. The Thames Valley Business Magazine Awards are a great opportunity for local businesses to be recognised for their hard work and efforts of the past year in addition to the contribution they are making towards the local community.
David Murray, Founder and Managing Director at Elcot Media & Events Ltd commented: “The Thames Valley Business Magazine Awards are a celebration of the best companies in the region. We have received an excellent response so far, but we understand that many businesses are only just getting back on their feet following the lockdown period. Postponing the awards ceremony not only gives them more time to enter, but also ensures we can take the necessary safety measures.”
