The third in a series of four workshops run by Team-i in conjunction with Business West is scheduled for 21 January from 2pm to 5pm at Park House in Swindon.
Tim Thurston of Team-i delivers the workshops with Aaron Nell, head coach of the Swindon Wildcats ice hockey team. The workshops demonstrate how the Swindon Wildcats achieved success and how businesses can learn from their experiences.
The theme of the workshop on 21 January is:
Leadership styles and how to develop leaders within your team
The workshop will focus on:
- An overview of the key elements of a high performing team
- The Leadership styles that made the Wildcats successful and how leaders were developed within the team.
- How their winning culture was achieved.
The fourth workshop in March 2020 date tbc, will focus on: How to manage performance and develop strategies to beat the competition.
The price is £95+vat per workshop.
