Richard James Estate Agents has taken the top spots in the lettings and estate agents categories in the allAgents People Awards for Swindon and Faringdon.
The allAgents People Awards is the UK's largest free awards scheme for agents and people working within the property industry. The awards recognise the best in the industry based entirely on feedback from clients across the past year.
Richard James’ employees took the gold, silver and bronze places in the category for Best Overall Agents in Swindon, which includes both letting agents and sales agents, as well as taking a total of seven places in the top ten.
Lettings area manager Caroline Schaefer took the top spot, with Old Town lettings manager Rebecca Barrett being awarded silver and North Swindon lettings manager Nicola Bint coming in with the bronze award.
Mandy Sweeney, Sophia Blackburn, Sophie Carter and Ellis-Rose Wigley also made the top ten overall in Swindon, whilst Joanna Hill was named the Best Overall Agent in Faringdon.
Laura Dewhirst and Louise Robinson were also recognised for their work in the Best Lettings Agent category.
Barrie Brocks came fourth in the Best Estate Agent in Swindon category.
