Independent travel agency, Swindon Travel Hub is celebrating a successful first year of business in Swindon’s Old Town with new ways for the public to enter its flagship £5,000 Holiday Prize Draw.
Owners Shaun and Ashley first collected the keys to their new premises in June 2024, officially opening the doors in August. In just twelve months, Swindon Travel Hub has rapidly grown both as a business and as an active supporter of the Swindon community.
Their sponsorship portfolio already includes Swindon Town Football Club’s Academy, the Wyvern Theatre’s Christmas pantomime, a branded beer canning with Hop Kettle Brewery, and most recently, backing Swindon Pickleball’s Festival and New Member Programme.
Shaun said: “We set out to build something more than just a travel agency. We wanted to embed ourselves within Swindon’s fantastic community, and the support we’ve received has been incredible. It’s been a pleasure to give something back.”
As part of their ongoing celebrations, Swindon Travel Hub is preparing for the culmination of its £5,000 Holiday Prize Draw, which has now been enhanced to allow even more people to participate.
Originally launched at the end of 2024, the competition allows entries via:
- Bookings made between December 2024 and November 2025 (one entry per booking);
- Referrals (customers referring new clients who book receive additional entries);
- New online registration (anyone may now register online at swindontravelhub.co.uk for one free entry without needing to book).
Ashley said: “We’ve had such a positive response to the prize draw that we wanted to open it up further. Now, even those who haven’t yet booked with us can enter just by registering online. It’s our way of making sure as many people as possible feel part of what we’ve built here.”
The prize draw is scheduled for late 2025, with plans for a live event to announce the lucky winner.
With a highly successful year of trading, growing community partnerships, and continued customer loyalty, Shaun and Ashley are excited for the future.
